Buddhism
Buddhist have a negative outlook on therapeutic cloning because it is an embryonic sacrifice for the treatment of diseases. Embryos either for therapeutic or human cloning are being used in the research which is considered to have some life force by Buddhist and destroying such life is wrong according to the teachings of Buddha. Therefore, Buddhist have the same outlook towards human cloning as Christians and Jews. The teaching of Buddha is all about the how life is recycled or reincarnated but, does not condone cloning because it is not full proof and has a chance to destroy human life.
Hinduism
Hinduism has a positive outlook on cloning unlike Christianity,Islam, and Buddhism because Hindu focuses more on the soul of a person instead of the being of the person. Hindu expresses that a cloned human would have a different soul therefore sees the difference in a regular human and a cloned one. They don't really say much about the danger of it because they leave that up to the biologist to discuss.
